Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) single point of contact

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2024/2847, also known as the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), Blink S.r.l. has designated this reporting channel as its single point of contact (SPOC) for customers and users to report potential vulnerabilities affecting the security of its products.

If you believe that you have identified a potential security vulnerability related to the use of one of our products, you can submit your report to our SPOC by completing the form below.

Our security team will review the report and assess the information provided. If the reported vulnerability is confirmed, it will be handled and appropriate measures will be taken to assess, mitigate and remediate it.

Scope of this channel

This reporting channel is intended exclusively for reporting vulnerabilities and security-related issues affecting our products.

Reports submitted with incomplete information, or communications that fall outside the scope of this reporting channel, including requests for technical assistance, reports of non-security-related malfunctions, or other commercial enquiries, will not be considered as part of this reporting process.
